I can't recommend Tommy's Auto Shop enough. My transmission went out right before a trip I had planned out of state, and every other shop I called was at least a week out. They got me in, pulled the old transmission, and had a rebuilt unit installed in under 24 hours. Because of them I'm still making that trip. Chris in the office was great to deal with. Courteous, kind, and straight with me the whole way through. He gave me several updates on how far along my truck was, and there was no runaround and no pressure at any point. They also inspected my clutch while the transmission was out and told me honestly that it looked good instead of trying to sell me one I didn't need. On top of all that, the price beat every other quote I got, which surprised me considering how fast they turned it around. If you want a shop that treats you right and actually comes through when it matters, this is the place. Thank you Tommy's and Chris. You guys came in clutch and I won't forget it!!!
